Select a CompSet or benchmark group to see data for that benchmark. You can select hotel groups by clicking on the hotel group’s name.
By clicking on a tile, you can expand it so that the information contained on the tile is displayed. You can also move tiles as preferred by clicking on the "move" symbol at the bottom left corner of each tile or just by drag and drop. You can also delete a tile by clicking on the trash bin on the upper right corner of each tile (appears when you hover your mouse over the tile).
If you want to add a new tile, you can select the option "Add Tiles" that appears next to the name of your portfolio group or the "Add tile" square that appears at the bottom of your tiles. Here you can add various predefined tiles as well as tiles for each of the specific review sources.
Most tiles contain a table similar to table view. You can customize each table by clicking the Values & Sources button near the top of each tile’s window in order to customize the diverse columns of data, as in the Table View. At the bottom of each table, you will also find the number of pages containing data for the table as well as an option to display more rows per page. Moreover, in some tiles you can filter the results by review source by clicking on the filter at the top of the expanded tile.
The CompIndex is displayed on each tile. This index shows you how well your hotel or brand is performing for a KPI compared to your competitive set. A CompIndex of 1.05 means that you are 5% better than your competitive set average, and an index of 0.96 means that your performance is 4% behind your competitive set average. The color thresholds are as follows:
< 1 = red (your hotel/group is under performing compared to your competitive set)
1 = black (neutral)
> 1 = green (you are ahead of your competitive set)
