Create and edit benchmark groups

Users with administrator rights can edit their comparison groups, as well as the competitor hotels included in them. In case you have an Enterprise user, you can also create additional benchmark groups. The number of competitors that can be added depends on your TrustYou license.

Here’s a video showing you how to create a new comparison group or to edit your existing group - or read the description below:

• Click Add Benchmark and New Benchmark / or the pencil icon next to your existing comparison group.
• Enter the name you’d like for this group at the top.
• In the upper left corner you will find the name of your hotel.
• If you are an enterprise user, you can now select how you’d like to set up benchmarks. To benchmark your own hotels/groups, select your desired groups in the left column. To benchmark against your competitors, pick one or multiple groups in the left column and save. For specific hotels, e.g. benchmark on hotel level, you can now follow the steps for single property users. This split is necessary to calculate the CompIndex for your own hotels.
• If you are a single property user, in the search field, begin typing the name of your competitor's hotel. Click a hotel in the list of suggestions to select it.* Repeat this step until you’ve added all the hotels you’d like to this group. 
• Click Save

*Note: If you have trouble finding a hotel on this list, consider omitting common words in hotel names like the, of, by, hotel, etc. If you still have trouble finding the hotel, you can click on the link provided to contact us or you can of course also contact our support team at [e-mail], and we’ll help locate and add the hotel to the Portfolio Group for you.
