The Direct Responses integrations allow you to respond to reviews directly from our Platform instead of being redirected outside. Currently, we can offer this functionality for:
- Booking.com*
*Please note that setting up the Booking.com integration is only possible for users on hotel level so far. If you are managing several hotels and have an Enterprise user, you will not see the option to integrate Booking.com. Enterprise users do have the option to set up the Google integration though.
Once an integration is activated, your colleagues who have a user account for the same hotel will also be able to use direct responses for the respective review site without going through these steps again. Please note that responding directly will only be possible for new reviews coming in after the integration was set up, you will have to reply to previous reviews the classic way. Also, if your credentials to the respective review site should be changing, you will have to set up the integration from scratch again.
The integration can be set up in the Direct Responses tab of the Settings. Please click on the Google logo to start the integration. You will then have to log into the Google My Business account you normally use to reply to your Google reviews. After logging in, you will have to select at least one of the locations to set up the integration and then click on Activate.
Booking.com
The integration can be set up in the Direct Responses tab of the Settings. Please click on the Booking.com logo to start the integration. You will then have to log into your Booking.com extranet that you normally use to reply to your Booking.com reviews. After logging in, you will see the property on Booking.com that is connected to your TrustYou account. To finalize the integration, just click on Activate.
