Each available review site has a dedicated tile that you can add to the dashboard. The tile will show you the number of reviews on this site in your selected timeframe.
When you click to expand a Source Tile, you’ll see tiles similar to the ones we’ve already mentioned for Score, Performance, Reviews, Responses, Sentiment and Popularity. These tiles work the same as the other tiles on the Dashboard, but the data is filtered so that it only considers reviews from the specific review site. The popularity tile only shows data if the source offers a ranking.
Within the HolidayCheck tile, you are able to view the recommendation rate for your hotel. There is a chart available to track this statistic over time. You can also find a tile for the guest profile on the TripAdvisor tile.
