In the New Inbox you will see the list of reviews shown like this:
Overview of the information shown:
- Total number of reviews: This is shown at the very top of the page, next to the page title. Here you will see how many reviews can be read in the Inbox.
- Last update: This will show the time stamp (date and time) of the the last update. This is always in UTC time.
- Views dropdown: Here you can access your saved views or the TrustYou default ones.
- Filter button: This will open the menu to for the filter settings. If filters are set, you also see an option to clear the selection.
- Pagination: This will show how many reviews are loaded on the page. By default, 100 reviews are loaded but there is a button at the bottom of the page to load more, in batches of 100.
- Results: This number will show how many reviews are visible based on the current filter settings.
- Bulk update: It is possible to mark as read, unread, or responded in bulk by selecting the checkboxes.
- Columns:
- Score (sortable): Review rating colored according to a fixed threshold defined by TrustYou.
- Green: 8-10
- Orange: 6-7.9
- Red: 0-5.9
- Grey: No score
- Review text: It will show the review text and/or review description. If no text is available, it will show "review without text".
- Source: URL of the source
- Status: there are four statuses:
- Unread: The review hasn't been opened or marked as unread.
- Read: The review has been opened or marked as read.
- Marked as Responded: The user has responded to the review but the response is not yet confirmed as published by crawling (and thus not counted in the response rate)
- Response confirmed: The user has responded to the review and the response is now confirmed/visible online by crawling, these reviews are counted in the response rate.
- Score (sortable): Review rating colored according to a fixed threshold defined by TrustYou.
- Date (sortable): Published date of the review.
- Load more: a button at the bottom of the page to load 100 more reviews
- Back to top: a button at the bottom of the page to go back to the top of the page.
