Email Alerts

Here you are able to set up whether you want to be regularly informed via mail whenever new reviews for your hotels are posted on public review sites or submitted for the TrustYou Survey.

You can enable or disable to receive those mails and you can choose to see the full text of every review already in the mail that is sent. This will make the mail longer, but you get the full details of the review without having to login into your TrustYou account.

"Sections in an Email Alert" gives you the option to select for which kind of reviews you want to receive alerts, i.e. positive or negative reviews, Survey reviews or reviews where there is a Task allocated. You can also also add specific keywords which then will be highlighted in the alert if they are used in a review text.
